The CooperVision Brazil sales team gathered in Sao Paulo from May 2–4 to discuss accomplishments and learnings from the prior quarter as well as sales objectives and strategies for the third quarter.
Members of the Brazil sales team were divided into four groups to brainstorm and share learning experiences and opportunities. The team also heard presentations from select members of the Brazil leadership team, including Gerson Cespi (General Manager), Sergio Ramalho (Sales Manager) and Fernando Junior (Sales Supervisor).
Highlights of the meeting included candid discussion about successes and challenges based on the specific conditions in the Brazil market. Teams also took part in sales and product training.
