The APAC Mini-Cluster meeting was held in March in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Hosted by Interim APAC President Wayne Reuben, attendees included general managers and marketing managers from Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Malaysia and Singapore along with regional marketing and finance representatives. The meeting provided the opportunity to gather and share the great work taking place across APAC countries as well as inspire an exchange of ideas and best practices.
Conducted as an open-style workshop session in the spirit of innovation and high performance, each country shared its actions and experiences based on the themes of Switch & Upgrade, New Fits & Category Growth, and Partner of Choice or Supplier of Choice. Resource sharing and collaboration between countries were discussed and encouraged. Other topics included price elasticity and showcasing the positive impact of pricing decision-making as well as customer marketing.
The meeting fostered continued commitment and motivation toward the APAC goal of leadership in the 1-day category by 2023.
